History

The skill set within ISSL is based on the vast experience that members of staff have developed over many years in advising the insurance community in risk reduction, in supplying clients with business intelligence and completing investigations and asset recoveries on their behalf.

ISSL has been at the forefront in developing new solutions to counter risk. These have included the formation of Safe Havens, a secure high net value transportation infrastructure in the Former Soviet Union (FSU), and the development of the ability to write short tail insurance by way of Service Companies which reduces the amount of premium that is taken by way of acquisition costs by third party producers.

The founder, John Wick, originally developed the company's intellectual property twenty years ago. During this period the team has continued to grow and acquire unique skill sets used today in a wide range of business disciplines. Whilst continuing with strong and well established ties to the insurance market, ISSL also works with governments, financial institutions and blue chip clients to provide risk management solutions in a bespoke and discreet manner.
